Home Design & Renovation Consultation

Service Description

Your project begins with a $79 in-home consultation. We’ll walk through the areas you’re considering renovating, discuss your goals, priorities, style, and functional needs, take preliminary measurements, and develop a general materials and labor estimate for the proposed work. Only the $79 consultation fee is charged when booking. After the consultation, you can decide whether you’d like to continue with our Whole Home Design Package, currently offered at an introductory rate of $395 total. Your $79 consultation is applied toward the package, leaving a $316 balance only if you choose to proceed with design. The Whole Home Design Package includes detailed project measurements and planning, a cohesive whole-home design direction, coordinated material and finish selections, a detailed material list, and 3D designs for up to four primary spaces with 2–3 revisions. Additional 3D spaces may be added if needed. There is no obligation to continue with the Design Package after your initial consultation. From flooring, cabinetry, countertops and tile to fixtures, finishes and paint colors, we’ll help create a cohesive design that carries naturally throughout your home while keeping the renovation practical and buildable.
